Eligibility Criteria

• Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• The primary/first bottle seal must be unbroken and untampered
• Product packaging must be in original condition without damage
• Original invoice/receipt must be provided
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless product is defective

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products (due to health and safety regulations)
• Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
• Products returned after 30 days from delivery date
• Free samples or promotional items

Refund Process

3. Upon approval, return the product to our registered address
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the product
5. Refund will be issued to original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

2. Product Information & Usage

• All products are Ayurvedic herbal formulations intended for dietary/health supplement use only
• Products are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• Results may vary from person to person based on individual health conditions
• Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, nursing, under 12 years of age, or having pre-existing medical conditions
• Discontinue use immediately if adverse reactions occur and consult a physician

• All prices are inclusive of GST (where applicable)
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking via Razorpay
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1176; otherwise nominal shipping charges apply
• Delivery timeframe: 5-7 business days for metro cities, 7-10 days for remote areas
• We are not responsible for delays due to courier/logistics partner issues
• Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery

All content, trademarks, logos, and product formulations are the exclusive property of INFINNE Ayurveda. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

INFINNE Ayurveda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product use, purchase, or inability to use our products. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kapurthala, Punjab. We encourage amicable resolution through arbitration before litigation.
